The Swan Holler Brew Project was founded in 2023 by father and son Jeff and Chris Swanson.
Swan Holler Brew Project’s roots began in a garage in Knoxville. Jeff and Chris, after 7 years of sharing the enjoyment of creating their own unique beet and sharing with family and friends, decided to take this passion to the next level. The love of crafting beer led Chris to pursue professional brewing, creating award winning beer in Knoxville, and the dream of starting a craft brewery in East Tennessee.
After 3 years of searching for the “right” location, fate ultimately brought Swan Holler Brew Project to Oneida, just a few miles from where the family has had a home for 25 years. Our location adjacent to Ponderosa Lake in Oneida provides a peaceful setting with an exceptional view of the lake, easy access to Highway 27, and is centrally located between Oneida, Huntsville, and the Big South Fork NRRA.
Having a positive presence and giving back to the Scott County community is a cornerstone for Swan Holler Brew Project. To produce a truly local product and flavor, Swan Holler Brew Project will collaborate with local suppliers to obtain specific ingredients used in craft processes. Swan Holler Brew Project will offer both beer and non-beer/non-alcoholic selections and will source local suppliers to provide food choices on site.
Swan Holler Brew Project is planning on its grand opening in the spring of 2026.
