The worst experience as an employee
They make you feel great at first, then you realize they ain’t nothing but snakes in the grass. I was fired while on medical leave, leave that was caused by work place hazards, and was verbally assaulted when requesting a notice of separation. They don’t treat their employees well unless you’re a relative of the boss. The owner stated that it was up to the supervisor if I was going to be terminated by no call no show after I had already been fired. They did not want to give me the notice because they would of had to pay half of my unemployment, and the way they done it they was able to say I abandoned my post and not have to pay a dime. The manager told all of my colleagues that I quit on my own terms. That place is crooked, greedy, and have no compassion for employees or their families.
