Paragon

Each September, the Cumberland Mountains come alive with the rumble of ATVs and the echoes of live music, as Brimstone bids farewell to summer with Paragon, one of the nation's premiere ATV-themed festivals. The three-day event features guided rides, poker runs, live concerts and much more. An event band is required, in addition to a Brimstone riding pass.

Haunting in the Hills

Heritage Festival

The Museum of Scott County presents The Heritage Festival, a throwback to the pioneer era in Appalachia. Fall on the Mall is the Scott County Chamber of Commerce's family-friendly celebration of Halloween and the fall harvest. Big South Fork Railway is already preparing for THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride in Stearns, KY! This immersive family-oriented experience hosted over 1.4 million riders at 54 locations in the US, Canada, and the UK in 2019. Christmas Parade

The Scott County Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade is held on the first Saturday in December each year. This large parade marches through the streets of Oneida, from HBD/Thermoid in the downtown area to Oneida Elementary School behind Walmart. The parade steps off at 2 p.m. each year, with an inclement weather date of the following day (Sunday) at 3 p.m.
